– is fully tested and delivered within agreed timescales
– is free of any post delivery problems
In these respects the Company aims to surpass their clients‟ expectations. Operating a Quality Management System compliant with BS EN ISO 9001:2008 is an important factor in achieving these objectives.
The Company ensures that this Quality Policy is communicated to and fully understood by everybody in the Company and that it operates in accordance with this Quality Manual and the Procedures.
The Company constantly monitors its quality performance and pursues a policy of continuous improvement to its processes, quality of service and its Quality Management System.
To this end quality objectives are set at management review meetings. These objectives are reviewed at subsequent management review meetings using analyzed data. Furthermore this Quality Policy is reviewed for continuing suitability.
GREENOCEAN PIPELINE keeps up-to-date with legislation and good practice relevant to the Build, Refurbishment & Maintenance of Surface and Subsea Oilfield Equipment.
All in the Company are trained and encouraged, on an ongoing basis, to contribute to the achievement of the aims and objectives contained within this Quality Manual.
